Sign in and open your account page. Under “Security & data” choose Delete account and confirm. The deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.

Go to Account → Delete account

If you cannot sign in, email support@glowteleprompter.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your login, profile and display name, saved scripts and AI generations, recordings and their stored video files, share links, recording plans, onboarding answers, credit history and support tickets tied to your account.

Billing and tax records required by law are retained for up to 7 years, and anonymised usage statistics that cannot identify you may remain. Active subscriptions are cancelled as part of the deletion; any remaining credits are forfeited.
